Food assistance is available to people living within our catchment area (Parent Ave to Laurendeau Ave & Tecumseh Rd to Riverside Dr – verification required).

Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1 – 4 p.m.

Social Work
We provide confidential voluntary counselling services to families, individuals and couples., that include crisis counseling or long term counseling. Our staff Social Worker is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers.
Other services include Advocacy, Assistance with forms such as OW/ODSP and Social Housing applications.
