Emergency Food Bank
Assistance is available to people living within our catchment area. We offer nutritional food choices as well as information sessions on healthy eating.
As of January 4, 2016, Food Bank hours are:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1 – 4 p.m.
Appointments must be made either in person or by phone to Drouillard Place at 519-253-1073.
Drouillard Place is a resource for the broader community in the area of housing, food security and poverty reduction strategies. Through a community-university partnership, Drouillard Place has harnessed both private and United Way funds to assist in the renewal of Ford City.
We provide confidential voluntary counselling services to families, individuals and couples. It may be crisis counseling or long term counseling. Our staff social worker has a Master’s degree and is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers. Other services include Advocacy, Assistance with forms such as OW/ODSP and Social Housing applications.
